I'm looking for a moist and light (airy) cake batter recipe...I'm going to attempt to make a wedding cake for my son's wedding...any suggestions..this will be a 3 tier cake (I noticed on some shows the cakes seem very dry)..I'm planning to fill it with strawberry chantilly cream and cover in fondant....any suggestions will be appreciated...BTW how many days in advance can a cake be filled??
