I have to say this ... was gonna post it a week ago but didn't & my spirit has been right.

I just have to say thank you to for all that you all have done to help out other people on this site. Advice for things like... how to start your business, how to decorate, tips and tools that make your job easier and you need to stop tripping and why are you lashing out on everyone else take a step back & rethink your approach advice. I truly give a lot of credit to this site for my success. I've come to depend on you guys some times I comment & sometimes I don't.

That's why I feel it's really important to thank you while I can. CCer's you have made me a better decorator, designer and overall person. So again, I say Thank You & God Bless!

I join the chorus of those in this site who find so much support, kindness, generosity civility and humour. I never thought I would ever say that a website makes such a difference in my life, both professionally and personally. Professionally, I've learned so much from all of you. Thanks to you all, I have a perfect buttercream for hot humid Southern summers (nod to Indydebi), learned the secret to avoiding the hideous side blow-outs! (Jackie, et al) , the blessings of SPS (kudos to Leah), and the delights of ganache under fondant (bless all our generous Aussie friends), the elegant and inspiring designs of our Irish and English friends, and of course all the creative decorators to share their photos and inspire us all. Personally, these days have had horrific world news and this site provides a respite from that. Here I find kindness and support and friends. Thank you all for being here. And platinumlady, thank you for reminding us to give say thanks to those who make a difference in our lives..

I'm a newbie and agree. This website has ignited something inside of me! I have SO much to learn but all of you make me feel like I can do it.

I too join the chorus of Thank You! Often times some of the posts will bring out bad feelings but, through it all we still learn. It is the right of everyone to speak our mind and many great designs, helpful hints and just plain great information comes from them. I too have learned a lot and truly am addicted to this site. Thank you everyone from the originators of this site, the maintenance keepers, monitors and the decorators!

TOUCHE'. I have learned so much from this site. I love baking a decorating so much and with every cake i've made i always swore I would never bake another cake because of it's difficulty and everytime i'd come to this site i learned something new, got some advice and tricks and it made me overcome not wanting to try again, i would also try something a little more difficult. I have to say that with this site i am amazed at the things i have learned and been able to do.. so i too THANK YOU!!!
