hello i am looking for a cream cheese icing i can use to deccorate my cakes with as well! so i would like ti to taste like cream cheese but also be firm enough it doesn't melt to fast on my cake! please let me know.... i tried Cake Boss recipe and thought it was too soft but tasted great! ( they do mention ont he recipe that it is too soft to decorate with)
would appreciate any help here!! thanks

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
