Leah- does that mean you do not use/like/think MMF. What do you use? Just wondering.

I have seen bakers use it on cake shows, so at least one high caliber baker uses it, well then there is me, LOL Just kidding, not high caliber but a cake baker non-the-less. I love it.

i dont use mmf, and have never tried it until last week. i dont think its worth the trouble.

I think the stuff that you buy in a plastic container that has probably been it its bucket for quite some time is what is gross, homemade fondant is lovely

I've had people try homemade fondant and MMF and everyone of them prefers the MMF. So, that's what I use.
