I know the possibilities are endless but I need some ideas on fillings for white cakes. I have a 4 tiered wedding cake as requested the top tier has to be filled in buttercream because the top tier will be frozen for the bride and groom.
so 3 cakes filled 2" cake can be half and filled as well I love a beautiful slice of cake!

Raspberry & barvarian cream were requested.

ANy other ideas and filling combos welcome more than one filling per tier is an option

You could do a lemon curd, mango, strawberry, whipped ganache. And if you want you can do each tier with different fillings. I'm not sure I'd combine other filling flavours into one tier.

If you're doing 3-4" tiers, you could torte into 4 layers and then put fruit between 1 & 2, buttercream between 2 & 3, and fruit again between 3 & 4. That way it's got a bit of buttercream with every bite.

I did one yesterday and the request was for white chocolate. It was quite good icon_smile.gif I bet white chocolate with alternating layers of mango would be divine!
