I could really use some input on the application of Luster/petal dust.
Brushes?
Lemon juice or vodka or water?
Apply heavy haded or loosely adding in layers until the desired look?
Seriously any help any input would be appreciated greatly.
Thank you all in advance.

I use a small syringe and add the vodka to the luster drop by drop and mix til I like the consistency. If Im doing something like a rose, I use a soft wide paint brush and brush it on (over a bowl so I can reuse what falls off) then I steam over a tea kettle to set it and make it shiny.
For larger areas I use a larger soft paint brush and brush it all over (My bassinet cakes were dry brushed with super pearl luster to give it the satiny look).
