I'm making chocolate covered strawberries for a co-worker. She wants them dipped in chocolate and drizzled with pink chocolate, and a few of them with the pink breast cancer ribbon. Any suggestions on how to get a nice neat ribbon on the chocolate strawberry with out the pink dripping and looking messy? Thanks

A small little ribbon on some of them would be really cute, just use pink fondant and extrude or cut out a ribbon and place on the strawberry using a little chocolate for glue. I had to make 200+ ribbons for a relay for life thing and used the fettuccine attachment of my pasta roller, cut into strips and folded to look like the ribbons, worked great. Though you'd wanna use a smalled attachment if you have a pasta roller... mine were going on cupcakes. Good luck!

Color your royal icing a pink color and use a real small rose tip and make your ribbon. I am sure that the royal icing would stick to them just fine once the cho. was set on the Strawberries. Good luck.
