I'm looking for a recipe to use on cc's for an outdoor wedding in July. Any help would be appriciated.

I would use an all-shortening buttercream (with a lot of butter flavoring!) or even fondant cut into circles the size of the cupcakes and maybe imprinted with a design or the couple's monogram.
