I am finishing up a cake tonight for a baby shower in our office tomorrow and I am wondering how much peanut butter filling I need to make to fill a 9x13 cake. It is going to have two layers of devil's food and covered in a banana creme icing. I am going to use PB2 powder to make the filling and probably use confectioner's sugar with some crisco. Unless someone has a better idea! I also plan to sprinkle crushed oreos overtop the PB filling for a crunchy effect. Hopefully I can finish that and the tiny bear topper before I fall asleep! icon_biggrin.gif Lots to do! Any and all suggestions will be most helpful! Thank you.

If you want, you can just use Peanut Butter straight out of the jar.

I usually add equal parts of Peanut Butter and buttercream to make my Peanut Butter filling. It is creamier this way.
