Im going to be doing a 2 layer 9 x 13 cake in a bit for a baby shower and I want to use ganache to crumb coat. I would like to pour it over and let it harden then cover in with fondant. The cake is going to be WASC cake. If I use 400g of chocolate and 200ml of cream which is I blieve the 2:1 ratio. I dont have a scale and I buy my chocolate in 400g bars. Would that be enough to cover the cake or should I make more up??
