I have been asked to make a sour cream pound cake as a layer in a 3-tiered round cake. I have only made pound cake in a tube pan. How do I bake a poundcake batter in a round pan? What depth pan? Will the cake be too heavy to be anything other than the bottom tier? Aggghhh!!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
