Hello,

I have been doing cakes in my chocolate shop for 4 years, and there are some kinks that I have not yet worked out...hhhmf. I am looking for someone who would be willing to mentor me with direct emails when I have questions. Would be willing to trade with advice about chocolate which I have been doing for nine years sucessfully.
My shop is in a small town in Montana, I do not compete with 99.9% of the population or other bakers.
I only wish to hone my personal skills to satisfy my customers and make the thing I love to do less stressful.
