hi all,
this is my first time building Gingerbread House. I use a recipe that I think it's a little bit more "mediterranea" than the tratditional one.

Ingredients: 340 flour, 225 extra-fine sugar, 223 of lightly salted butter, 170 of brown sugar, 2 eggs, ¼ teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cloves 2 tsp cinnamon powder, 6 teaspoons of ginger.

Preparation: Melt the butter add brown sugar and the extra fine, eggs and everything else. Do 2 pats low to put in the freezer for 2 hours, because it solidifies. Then roll outand put in the molds. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

My children love it very much and I have to fight with them to shot the photos icon_smile.gif
I'd like to use it form my Xmas Cards,
