I'm just starting to sell my cakes. I know to charge for items purchased such as groceries, toppers, cake boards, etc. I was just wanting an idea about pricing workmanship such as flowers, stringwork, figures, or molds. Do most people charge higher prices for particular flowers or flower types? I would assume that bc would be the cheapest. How much more for RI, fondant, or gum tex? Do most charge per flower?
How much is the average amt. per hr. that you pay yourself?
Thanks!!!

Thanks! That gives me a starting point. I will go to local bakeries and check their prices as well. icon_biggrin.gif
