Please Help With My Butter Icing

Hi every1. My butter icing keeps going kindof curdled. ???
Why is this? is my room to hot? i mix my butter with my electric whisk nice n fluffy then add my icing sugar???/
should i use a wooden sppon instead??

Could be you mixed a cold ingredient into room temperature ones? If not keep beating the heck out of it. Sometimes that will do the trick.
