Serving Sizes ~ Trying Not To Pull My Hair Out!

Everywhere I look, serving charts are completely different. I do feel like Wilton is way off. Where can I find a realistic serving chart? I'm about to pull all my hair out of my head trying to figure out which is most accurate.
I hear Earlene's is very popular: http://www.earlenescakes.com/ckserchart.htm
I looked at hers, but they are so completely different from others that I didn't know if that was for 2" or 4" Do you know?
Based on her serving, I'm sure they are for 4"..as most charts quote for a double sized cake instead of a single.
It is 4" tier. I emailed and ask her a while back
thank you. I emailed but haven't heard back. You all are so sweet. Thanks so much.
Wilton is completely realistic and its what every caterer everywhere uses. If you provide a cake to a venue it's gonna be cut to those dimensions, as they as the standard, and provide PLENTY of cake for a serving. If you use Earlene's charts you'll be giving away lots of free cake.

I agree with Leah. My cakes are four layers and with filling, icing and fondant they usually measure between 5" & 5.5" tall. When you slice it it may not look big but when you pull that slice out it's a lot of cake. It's usually plenty for everyone.
I agree with Leah_s
When I opened, I called my local venues and asked them what sizing chart they used when they cut the cake, ALL of them, every single one, said "Wilton". They didn't even pause, I was amazed.
THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! I recently posted a question about serving sizes. People were kind enough to respond, but I still didn't "get it" about how high a cake these charts are based on.
I didn't ask anymore because I didn't want to seem like a dumba**! LOL.
Ahhhh! Okay, now I get it
