Can someone recommend a cream cheese frosting that can be used to decorate with as well. And will it need to be kept refrigerated? Thanks

This one's great! It's delicious, smooths nicely, and pipes beautifully.

As far as whether or not to refrigerate, I'd say definitely yes. There've been many debates on this site over that question, though.

I e-mailed Kraft and asked them how long a cream cheese frosting could be out of the frig and they said 2 hours, so I believe them!
