Hi, I am making St. Patrick's day cupcakes for my son's youth group and I wanted to know if I could add green food coloring to the batter before baking. Has anyone done this? Thanks! icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes, add the food coloring to the batter before baking. It will turn out fine.

Ditto. I have done this for a reveal baby shower (blue) and it turned out great.
