hi guys,

I tried to make these http://cakecentral.com/recipes/7188/mississippi-mud-cupcakes but i was trying to make it as a cake instead of cupcakes.

I lowered the temperature to 325, and extended the bake time. and removed the cake when tester came out clean.

I tried a little piece warm and it was great tasting, good texture, i love that recipe. but, after the cake cooled it turned really rubbery/chewy. still great taste but texture was bad.

Any suggestions as to what I might have done wrong?
