Where can I get jumbo cupcake pan liners, so far all I have seen in stores is 30 for $2. I am not against ordering online if I need other stuff or shipping is free.

I just get mine at Michael's. They are right next to the regular sized ones. They only come in white - but that works for me.

I get mine at Hobby Lobby...they are just a bit cheaper than at Michael's.
