DO you make scarf ahead or do you make it and drape it when decorating him? I made one ahead and me thinks it will crack hehe when I go to put it on. So I thought I would ask how some of you achieve this. TIA

I made mine 50/50 gumpaste/fondant and let it dry a bit, but I think I waited too long. It cracked when I put it on and I wasnt' able to adjust it exactly how I wanted it. But fortunately, I was putting BC over it anyway! Next time I'd put it on right awayicon_smile.gif
