Hello all.

Okay so I've got the decorating down and have always used doctored up box cake mixes. What I'm planning on tackling next is filling flavors. I use the MMF on most of my cakes and i'm wondering if there are any good fillings out there that don't need to be refrigerated. On the subject how well does MMF refrigerate?

For example, I'd like to find mousse like fillings but will they become soupy if they sit out with the cake?

Not sure if I've posted this in the right forum or not?

Thanks,
Debbie

Good question? I use creamy fillings all the time and never thought about that problem. Never had a customer complain either.

I look forward to hearing from others and see what the response is.
