I never heard a rebuttal on my offer, so I sent out the GC. Not a peep since.

I didn't read this whole thread, but always...always give them a sketch. That is their and your proof of what it should look like.

Wow what an ordeal Kory! I think you made an amazing save on remaking it. I am going to skip the refund portion of a comment because it has been well handled and reiterated many times.

I am just wondering why she would complain about the topper. "Luckily someone was there to catch it"... More likely the dumb fool who bumped into it or touched it and knocked the glass figures over caught them before they broke them and put them back.
