Hello...just tested a batch of what I call Holy Cannoli cupcakes ...basically they are mini Cannoli cakes, yellow cake with ricotta cannoli filling and I didn't want to use buttercream b/c I thought the sweetness would be too much with the cannoli filling so I made a simple whipped cream using heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar...I think the icing needs a bit more taste...does anyone have any good whipped cream icing recipes that may have a bit more sweetness to them??
