Hey everyone. I'm looking for a chocolate cupcake recipe that makes fluffy cupcakes. The recipes I have used in the past made tasty cupcakes, however I didn't like the texture. A couple of hours after baking, the cupcakes were hard, not moist and fluffy. I'm looking for a recipe that results in both tasty and light chocolate cupcakes (and will stay that way for more than a few hours). Does anyone have any amazing chocolate cupcake recipes they can share with me? I'm trying to stay away from using cake mix. Help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

have you tried the recipe form the Hershey cocoa can? that's one that a lot of people like. there's a thread on it here somewhere... you might try a search and see what you come up with - maybe some other recipes to try also.
