My daughter insists on having rings on her bday cc for school. She chose some that look like "jewels". I want to do something cute and unique, not just a swirl of icing if I can.

Does anyone have suggestions? I was thinking about a ring box type thing but there are 20 kids and I have never done one so I didn't know what I was getting myself into there.
