Does Anyone Know Who Made This Lsu Cake?

The picture of this cake started circulating around the internet in my area (New Orleans) last week. It supposedly sold at a charity auction for $3,000. In my opinion it is so perfectly executed that it would be hard to duplicate. I have not been able to find out who created it. And wouldn't you know it ----- I was asked today to make this for a groom cake. I told the lady that it was above my skill level simply because I feel she would only be disappointed with anything short of an exact replica. If you know anything about this cake I would appreciate it.
Since I posted this late last night, I am going to try this morning to see if I get any response. Anyone have any ideas of the creator?
Wow! That is AWESOME. The best helmet I have EVER seen.

I have been sent this cake in an email twice now and everyone keeps asking about it! I would love to know who made it also. I was asked to make it for a friend's son's bday when they saw it, and I just basically laughed!!! :0)

whoever made that is one talented decorator!!! that would work for any football team too.
its also a good reason when you get SO good to lightly put your name/website/business as like a water mark.
Cause they obviously took a photo in the shop!
I was in Bronwen Webber's class in Kenner this weekend and this cake was the subject of much discussion. Sugarshack did not do this cake (she was in class with me). The general consensus was it was the two sisters in Lafayette who do cakes.
Here is their website:
