Sheet Cake Makers: Newbie Needs Help

I'm posting a link to a thread on the "How To" forum. OP needs help figuring out what size cake and what to charge for it.

Plus, it sounds like she's got a cheap customer who's expecting 200 guests but only wants cake for 100, because they'll 'cut the pieces real small.' She probably could use some help telling them what to do. (Like a "Dear Dumba$$" letter. icon_lol.gif )

I know all of you here get these questions all the time, and probably get really tired of answering them. I tried to search for past threads by "sheet," but I can't seem to get more than the most recent few posts to come up.
