I would love to know the secret to some of these very successful weight loss tickers I've been seeing. I've noticed that some people have had weight loss tickers showing that they have really lost alot of weight. How the heck did you do it? Any pointers? I've been struggling with my weight for so long. Just don't tell me to stop baking, LOL. I might lose some weight and I'm not willing to give it up. It's just to fun.

I started by reading Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution. It really helped me work through all my issues with food. A great book! Changed my life. I continue to maintain my weight by eating well and running and playing tennis (and occasional weight training.)

I have to admit that I bake a lot less than I used to. It was just too tempting for me to eat. But if you can resist, than bake away!

Good luck!

I have lost 64 pounds using sparkpeople.com . It is a free website that has food trackers, they offer a menu for you or you can eat food of your choosing and track it. they tell you how many calories you need as well as fat , sodium, calicum and others. They have a reat message board for support. They also have a excersie tracker! ALL for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope this helps!
