just a quick mmf question. i made it and it worked beautifully..but we ate those cookies immediately. I had a small amount i used this past weekend for cookies. (it was about 3 weeks old)

it looked fine, rolled out ok. But after it was on the cookies and sat out over night, the next morning it had a ton of condensation and was a sticky mess.

I'd like to chalk this up to maybe it was a little on the older side...i live in RI, where are temps and humidity aren't necessarily over the top.

I have cookies to do as a favor to my grandparents anniversary party this weekend and will make a fresh batch..just looking for some tips if any since they'll be bagged.

thanks!

I've used mmf older than that. I've never had a condensation problem. I'm just in upstate NY. So same with the temps.
Maybe somebody else will have ideas
