Does anyone use this software for their cookie business? I'm sort of thinking of buying it but just not sure if my business will b e busy enough. It is this week but I think its due to easter. Just not whether to spend that much money yet. Thanks

I bought it and it's invaluable to me..........the price seems expensive.....but I tell you what........if I had to pay 10cents every time I used it...I would have paid 3 times as much money for it already and I jut got it in January!! I have been so buys since I bought it (making cakes, and cookies) and don't know WHAT I would have done without it!!! It also allows me to print out VERY professional receipts for my customers with my logo and everything. Before I was just using one of those reciept books you can buy at wal mart.

It is worth the investment to make sure that you are charging enough for your product. Also, as mentioned it will appear to have a more professional image when handling customer payments and invoicing.

Did anyone had problems loading it? I've bought it a month ago and I've sent thousands of e-mails and there is no customer support.

I am very disspointed with it!!!

Ximenilla,

I only received one email from you, which was earlier this morning. I just responded, and we are glad to help you with your installation problem. We can solve almost any kind of problem. If you feel there is a problem with me not receiving your emails, you can always send me a PM here.

My daughter is starting a candy making business and I was wondering if this program would work for her? I would like to get her something so that she knows exactly what she is spending and what she is charging. I really feel she isn't charging enough.

I've always gotten great customer service as well from Cake Boss. I use it for my cookie business and love the invoices. I'm still working on using the cost part of it, but love the look of the invoices and the fact that I can keep track of my customers and their orders. icon_smile.gif

I purchased Cake Boss last year and I have not regretted it. Kelly has always been prompt to answer my questions. I have really appreciated the great customer service. This program has been a fantastic way for me to think through the "why I do things the way I do them" in billing. I am seeing my costs in a whole new light, and the importance of charging a price that is fair to me. I also enjoy having an invoice that looks professional with my logo on it.

tirby - what do you mean by renew? Is this not a one time deal?

We used to have a subscription model with a yearly fee. We have since moved to a permanent license, as described in our FAQ.

People who purchased a one year license in 2007 will have the opportunity to upgrade their license to a permanent license for a small fee when their current license expires. thumbs_up.gif

Regarding and earlier post. I just received all the help I needed from CakeBoss and they were extremely helpful. Now, I will be the one to learn how to upload customers and do everything else.

The reason I bought this program was to help me doing everything but I couldn't find anything similar before. I will be enjoying now my new CakeBoss.

And I want to let everybody know that it was a missunderstanding from our side the communication failure.

Thanks to Kelly for your patience and support.
