How long should I mix my bc??? I remember reading something somewhere, but don't remember exactly what it was. I'm getting ready to make it, I just want to make sure I do it right. TIA

I mix until all the ingriedents are incorporated. Or about 2 min. Any more you are mixing in air and that is where you get air bubbles in the bags or holes on the iced cake. HTH
