Does homemade pastry cream and bavarian cream have to refrigerated; how about the bavarian cream in the sleeve; is the one in the sleeve good? Can you flavor it? What's the difference between pastry and bavarian creams?

I would definitely say that homemade creams need to be refrigerated. I think once opened the sleeved fillings would also need to be refrigerated.
