I am about to go forth in my business endeavor and get my in home bakery license. Unfortunately, our dog passed away last week. Soooo...as sad as it was to lose him, it now opens me up to be able to bake at home. My question for you is - I know that it says you need to have all of your business items seperate from you home items. Does that mean a totally seperate closet or can it just be a seperate shelf in your pantry?

you can just have one shelf in your fridge or one area. I use the bottom shelf and one drawer. Also just a spot in the cabnets.
