Can anyone that operates a cake decorating business in Illinois from home help me in finding out where to getinformation on the legal aspect of starting a business here? I have been searching the web and not finding a thing! I sure would appreciate any help at all!

For Illinois, you have to have a separate kitchen and equipment. It's TOUGH there. My aunt actually bakes in Illinois, but lives on the river (Miss), so uses an Iowa address and sells in Iowa. HTH
