I am moving away from doing just cakes, I took a class on how to make gift baskets and balloon arrangments, so now I want to start making them. I am going to start out by donating baskets and decorations to churchs and charties, so it will be more for adults than kids, I need a new business name, more grown up. Any suggestions will be great. Thank you.

To me your current company name doesn't sound kidde. It has a cottage industy feel to it-you know small business that will cater to the clients and provide great customer service.

where are you from?? sometimes a geographical area can give a good idea...
examples:
California - sunshine cakes and baskets
New York City - big apple cakes and baskets
New Orleans - les beaux gateaux
etc.

MICHIGAN

I WILL BE DOING:
HOMEMADE CRAFTS
GIFT BASKETS
BALLOON DECORATIONS
KIDS PARTIES
CAKES & COOKIES

I WAS THINKING THE WORK CREATIONS IN THE NAME WOULD WORK,
I THOUGHT CREATIONS BY NICOLE BUT SOMEONE ALREADY HAS THAT.

I like your current name..maybe using that with a more grown up graphic? a sexy red headed woman?

Maybe lounging across the top of the letters as if she were lounging on a piano?

Or standing sexily next to your name?

Being from Canada, I don't know much about Michigan, so I googled it...
1. Because Michigan borders the great lakes: Great Lakes Cakes and Creations (or Great Lakes Creations and Cakes).
2. Using the state motto ("If you seek a pleasant peninsula, look about you"): Pleasant Peninsula Creations.
3. Using the state nickname ("the Wolverine state"): Wolverine Cakes and Creations.

That's pretty much all I could come up with icon_smile.gif

I actually like the name you have now and think it's creative in it's own right can go for any kind of cake or craft business which is good. I would just use a deep scarlet color for the lettering to give it that adult feel.
