Hi all...sorry for posting this as I'm sure it's been here a million times but the search function is down right now and I need some help.

Basically, I'm looking at doing approx 150 cupcakes for a wedding... medium sized chcolate cupcakes in foil cup, cut flat topped with fondant on top and single handmade sugar paste calla lily on each one and black ribbon around bottom of cupcake cup.

Any ideas on what you would charge? I was thinking about $1.50 - $1.75ea?

I am calling around locally, but there are few bakeries in my area that do this sort of thing so just looking for some general input.

Think $1.75 is a great price. Not too high but not too low either.

$1.75 for fondant and a handmade flower to boot?

My servings without fondant are $2.50. One large hand created accent costs my clients $5 bucks on top of the regular price. A little calla lily would be at least $2.50. Those cupcakes should be at least $5.00 bucks a piece.......

But if your area can't handle that, then ya gotta up those prices from $1.75 anyway. Because you are giving the product away.

1.75 is toooo cheap!!!!My servings with fondant is 3.00 to 5.00 each.
