Ok, so I'm not very creative. But I really want to decorate my gingerbread girls in the classic (gingerbread boy) style with just a bit of royal icing. I've searched everywhere I can think of (including Christmas ornament sites) and I can't find a photo to use as an example. Anyone out there have GINGERBREAD GIRL pictures? I can't figure out how the dress/apron should look.
Many thanks
Lorri

To answer your original question "Why are there so few gingerbread GIRLS???? ", MY HUSBAND ATE THEM!!!!!!!!! LOL He refuses to eat gingerbread men.
ROFL
That is funny! That was my first answer...
"They've all been eaten"...
I never seen many either, and whereever I've seen them, I can't recall, but they're super cute, whereever they are...
Actually, the reason there aren't any gingerbread 'women' is that the people making them are generally female, and you know how much we like biting men's heads off!
Thanks Tweedy for posting. I just knew I'd seen your gingerbread girl before (she's adorable) but I couldn't find in here.
