A few weeks ago I bought a big (like, 5 pound) slab of bulk caramel, for no apparent reason. I'm itching to use it & would like to add a caramel-y cookie to my holiday cookie tray. I'm already making a few varieties with nuts, so I don't really want to do another one. Does anybody have a fabulous cookie recipe to help me use up my caramel? Bar cookies are ok, though I'd prefer drop/sliced/rolled. No brownies, though. Thanks in advance!!!
