I am in the process of baking Halloween cookies. I pre-made my dough, frozen and thawed it in the refrigerator. The first two cookies were perfect, made from leftover dough. The cookies from the more recent dough are wanting to spread. I even tried taking my cookie sheet out of the refrigerator and put it in the oven but they still spread. What is the problem? Thanks for the help!

Cut your shapes out, put the cookie sheet in the freezer while a batch bakes. Put the cut out cookie sheet straight into the oven from the freezer.
