Hi there!

I've been asked to create a Christmas Tree cake for a company party. I would like to do fondant draping to look like ribbon on the tree, but with 5+ tiers I will have to assemble the cake onsite. Has enyone ever done draping at the site? How have you accomplished this? How do you transport the cut & rolled fondant? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Quite often I take my supplies and roll it out on site. It's actually quicker because I don't spend time trying to keep pre-rolled drapes from drying out.
