Hi! Does any one know where to get cake boxes that would hold a wonder girl cake? I did one this weekend but couldn't find a box to fit it in. I ended up not putting it in any and just refridgerated it. I didn't talk to them to find out if it got dried out any. I looked online but you have to buy so many. and I still didn't find one that was tall enough. Thanks.

Hi Stacy,
I did a wondermold doll this weekend also but I couldn't find any tall boxes so I just put it in the fridge til I delivered it and then stuck it in a regular cake box that I bought at Michael's but just left the top open. i probably didn't help at all but this is just what I did thumbs_up.gif

I would suggest doing what noreen did, and then taping the box lid open so it doesn't fall down, and then wrapping the box with saran wrap to keep it from drying out. HTH

When I make my doll cakes, I cut a hole in the top of the box where her head sticks out. Then, I can still close the lid all the way, and she is protected. She looks pretty funny, but I feel better about her staying safe. icon_biggrin.gif
