Hi Everyone -

I have searched and searched and really am not good at searching I guess. I am sure that this topic has been visited before and I apologize for asking the same thing again.

I would like to know how to figure out how much cake I need to feed 150 guests at my wedding? I am OK with doing a 3 tiered cake and then making sheet cakes if need be. I just have NO CLUE how to figure out the answer to this problem. I guess what I am trying to ask is how many people would a 10 inch round cake feed. How 'bout an 8 and 6 inch? If I do a 10 inch, an 8 inch and a 6 inch stacked cake, how much more will I need in the form of a sheet cake?

I think that Wilton has ideas in their yearbooks, but I don't have one yet. I figured that all of you experienced and amazing cake people would be able to answer the question faster than I can get to Michael's to buy the book!

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give.
