I have red velvet cake scraps left over from the armadillo I did this weekend, and I want to try cake balls for the first time. I plan on using the buttercream to bind them, but am wondering if there is a cream cheese flavored chocolate melt that I can use to coat them. Or does anyone know how to flavor white chocolate melts a cream cheese flavor???
If not, I guess I'll just do the vanilla flavored white melts.

What about using cream cheese icing to bind them, and dipping in white chocolate? Or, if you could find an oil based cheesecake flavoring, you could flavor the white candy melts. Lorann probably makes one but I'm not sure where to find them in your area!
