Please Help! I have to make a cake for a friend, and I can't seem to get the colour correct for the cake that she has chosen. Should I colour the chocolate (using white choc.) first, and then add the corn syrup, or should I make the plastique and then knead it in? What type of chocolate do you suggest? Should I use curvature instead? Any advice would be great!
