Hi! I am making my first angel food cake for an order this weekend. It needs to be frosted with something that will not need refrigeration. Any ideas? I can do a glaze, but I was hoping for more of a frosting. Thanks!

I have a really good icing for angel food cake. I just can't find it right now. It has granulated sugar, corn syrup, and egg whites. I'll try to find it for you. It almost looks like a meringue when you are finished whipping it up.
