I was wondering, does anyone know? All it is is mashed potato, vanilla and confectioners sugar to make a dough, smeared with peanut butter. Do you think it needs refrigerated?

Yummy! That is my favorite candy ever!!! icon_biggrin.gif It doesn't need to be refrigerated. I made a ton of it, peanut butter fudge, chocolate fudge and bark for Christmas gifts last year. I think I gain 10 pounds from trying samples of it all! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Thanks Denise. I LOVE potato candy. My mom has made it every year for as long as I can remember. For some reason I couldn't remember if it was kept out or in the fridge. I guess it never stayed around long enough to matter icon_wink.gif
