Someone requested a sheet cake like an angel food cake but I don't think that that will bake well in a sheet cake pan. Does anyone use a sponge, chiffon or marshmallow cake recipe for sheet cakes?

I have made a chiffon cake in a regular 10 pan and it came out great.
I would think it would be ok to bake in a sheet pan.

I've heard you can bake a angel food cake in a pan and it comes out just like any other cake would but I've never actually tried it. Good Luck!!

I've done an angel food cake in a 9 x 13 and it turned out really good. I've also done them as a roll with strawberry whipped cream as a filling. YUMMY!!!! Know this isn't what you were looking for, just wanted to let you know that it is possible.
