I need a marshmallow filling. I have free samples of packets of marshmallow creme that I would like to use. I'm going to pipe it into chocolate cupcakes.

Here you go:

I've used the following recipe (from another thread) with great results:

8 oz. cream cheese softened
7 oz. jar of marshmellow fluff

Add marshmellow fluff a little at at time, until fully mixed.

I added 1 Tbsp. of creme bouquet

I thought it was very easy and very good!

praetorian2000 ,

I'm so glad you asked icon_twisted.gif

Creme Bouquet is a flavoring extract that I'm positively addicted to. Yes, I admit it.

Here are a few threads to answer most of your CB questions.

**** For the recipe above, I only used 1 tsp. creme bouquet per batch. My notes said 1 Tbsp. because I tripled the batch. Sorry icon_cry.gif
