I just bought a big bag of isomalt. I'm sure it'll be a while before i use it all. where can i store it and how? it came in a big plastic bag, but it's not resealable.

Hey Kat, store it any place where it will stay dry and away from excess moisture. I use to store mine in a large plastic coffee container never had a problem. If you have opened the bag just re-seal with something and store it where its cool and dry you should be fine.
